By the end of 2022, JIAAO ENPROTECH has owned two factories for biodiesel(UCOME), with the maximum annual production capacity of 300,000MT which strictly meets EN 14214 standard, together with byproducts like biodiesel pitch (plant asphalt) and crude glycerin as well.

Advantages of our biodiesel:
  • Biomass-based raw material: used cooking oils(UCO)
  • Advanced and mature technique：transesterification
  • Multifunctional: fueling vehicles(car/bus/truck/vessel, etc), and heating devices
  • Excellent ignition performance: higher cetane value than fossil diesel.
  • More sufficient combustion owing to higher oxygen content.
  • Much more eco-friendly and healthier due to green nature of non-fossil carbon, benzene-free, low sulphur content, which could dramastically reduce CO2 and SO2 emmission.

SUSTAINABLE AVIATION FUEL(SAF)

new project – 500,000MT SAF

On 28th Septemer 2022, JIAAO ENPROTECH officially launched a great and innovative project for Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) with annual 500,000 MT feed stock(UCO) processing capacity. Located in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province of China, the new factory LIANYUNGANG JIAAO ENPROENERGY CO., LTD (“LYG JIAAO”) utilizes Honeywell UOP’s Ecofining™ process technology to produce sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and is equipped with Honeywell’s Experion® PKS control system for advanced automation. With flexible yields, LYG JIAAO could produce SAF, HVO and Bionaphtha for the international markets.
